The inner changes manifested outwardly through my actions and attitude. Knowing God’s Word has unexpectedly changed the way I view people, the world, and my life. Memorizing the Bible helped me focus on God and changed my perspective.
Memorizing scripture requires more than our own abilities. Any effort to know God’s Word must begin with prayer. We can ask God to give us the ability, resources, and wisdom to memorize the scriptures. Heeding God’s Word takes intentional effort and consistent commitment.
