Tours of the Yorba Linda California Temple, which is open to the public, are now available for reservation online through Reservations. ChurchofJesusChrist.org or yorbalindacaliforniatemple.org
The exhibition will be open to the public from Thursday, April 30th to Saturday, May 23rd, excluding Sundays. Reservations are recommended as parking is limited. Reservations are required Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and after 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 2nd.
Tours are also available in specific languages. Spanish on May 1, 2, 8, 9, and 20; Spanish on May 1, 2, 8, 9, and 20; May 14th and May 16th in Chinese. American Sign Language on May 16th. and Korean on May 21st.
The free tour includes a guided walking tour inside the temple and takes approximately 25-30 minutes. Comfortable shoes and modest clothing are recommended. The Lord’s house is also wheelchair accessible.
Parking is limited at the temple located at 17130 Bastanchury Road, Yorba Linda, California. A remote parking lot is located at 4130 Prospect Ave. in Yorba Linda.
After a Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is built or undergoes major renovation, it is opened for public viewing before it is dedicated or rededicated. After the dedication or rededication, members of the Church with a temple recommend may enter the church to perform sacred ordinances.
The Yorba Linda California Temple is scheduled to be dedicated on Sunday, June 7, but a presiding leader has not yet been announced.

About Yorba Linda California Temple
The late President Russell M. Nelson announced the Temple for Yorba Linda on April 4, 2021. It was one of 20 temple locations he identified in April 2021 general conference, the most temples he announced at the conference. President Nelson plans to announce another 20 temples in October 2023.
The Yorba Linda Temple will be the ninth of the 12 Houses of the Lord in California. It is the second Latter-day Saint temple in Orange County, California, following the Newport Beach California Temple located approximately 32 miles south.
The Yorba Linda Temple is an approximately 30,000 square foot, one-story building located on 5.4 acres at the intersection of Bastanchuli Road and Osmond Street in Yorba Linda, California.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 18, 2022 to begin the construction phase of the Yorba Linda Temple. Elder Mark A. Bragg, a General Authority Seventy and then president of the North America West Area, presided over the ceremony and offered the dedicatory prayer on site.

Twelve master homes are currently in operation, under construction or renovation in the state of California, on the Pacific coast of the western United States.
Eight were built: Los Angeles (completed in 1956), Oakland (1964), San Diego (1993), Fresno (2000), Redlands (2003), Newport Beach (2005), Sacramento (2006), and Feather River (2023). The San Diego Temple will be closed in July 2023 for major renovations, rededicated on August 23, and open to the public from June 18 to July 11, except Sundays.
In addition to the Yorba Linda Temple, the Modesto California Temple is also currently under construction since groundbreaking in October 2023. Two Houses of the Lord are in the planning stages: Sunnyvale Temple and Bakersfield Temple, both of which will be unveiled in April 2023.

The Lyndon Utah Temple open house begins Thursday, March 12th and continues through Saturday, April 11th, excluding Sunday and Saturday, April 5th for general conference. No reservation required. The Davao Philippines Temple will be open to the public on Thursday, March 26th and will continue until Friday, April 10th, excluding Sundays and Saturday, April 5th for general conference. Renlund of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will dedicate the Davao Temple on May 3.
The Salt Lake Temple celebration, including temple tours, will be held from April 5 to October 1, 2027, Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets will be available closer to 2027.
