Prayer to give joy and trust in God

Listen or read:
As followers, when we hear “give,” we automatically think of financial contributions. That’s definitely part of giving. However, there are other fundamental aspects to donations. It’s about giving you time and resources beyond your finances.
A few years ago, my husband and I found us alone in a season when we desperately needed time. No extravagant vacation was required. It was a quiet and quiet place and it took time together.
I searched the cabin online as I prayed to open the door to where the Lord went. “Well, this doesn’t work. How do you find a place in such a limited time?” But I also felt very We are strong enough to need to be “separate” in our place.
It was as if the light bulb had gone out. I have a dear friend I own several cabins. I had a hard time With thought“Is it odd to ask if you can use the cabin or is it a bad thing? Is it rude?” Sitting with those feelings I felt the Lord subtle me as if to ask me. So I texted it. “We need to let the two of us escape in a quiet, secluded emergency.” Surprisingly, my wife I sent a message back“What date do you need?” I couldn’t believe it!!! I sat in bed, tears flowing and shocked.
We set a date, paid for the cleaning fee, and managed to escape for a few days when our marriage was desperately needed. They provided a place for us and gave without hesitation, and although it was not a money offer, as it were, it was financially costly to not charge us what normally costs the tenant!
God has tweaked their hearts and blessed our marriage by giving them their gifts.
I love these several Bibles that draw beautiful pictures of blessings to give:
Anyone who brings blessings will become rich, and water will water itself. Proverb 11:25
Give it, I’ll be given To you. A good measure of pushing down, swaying together and running around will be put into your lap. The measurements used are measured using them. Luke 6:3-8
You will be enriched in every way, in every way, in every way, and in every way, and bring thanks to God through us. 2 Corinthians 9:11
As we give on behalf of God’s Spirit, the well of joy swells within us. Sometimes the demands from the Lord seem too big for us to achieve (And sometimes that’s the point), but the spiritual reward on the other side of our submission is a beautiful thing. When we sow God’s seed with a heart that trusts the heart that God offers, we see the fruit. There are fruits in our lives, and fruits for which the person is blessed.
The proverb is true: “It’s a blessing to be a blessing.” I have never regretted blessing someone. When God’s Spirit moves for blessing, it produces great joy.
Let’s pray:
God the Father, be a follower who trusts in you to provide me with what it takes to cheer me up and bless me. When I travel through life, I pray that someone else will be someone who knows they can count on if they are there The era of need. Whether they need a gift of time, a specific resource, or financial support, I pray that it is a blessing. Lord, I also pray that when I and my family are in need, you will bring along with someone who can help others. You are the God of Provider, Jehovah Zire. When it seems there is no way, you will make a way. Please do the ship that trusts me, Lord. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
