Anger has erupted at Walt Disney World as female guests seek a ban on transgender tic talker Lily Contino. The video shows that other female guests are curbing serious privacy concerns and potential legal action, as long as their faces aren’t blurred.
Contino, who has a history of provocative behavior on Disney Parks, posts “ratings” of toilets on social media.

In one of the most controversial posts, he took a selfie with another woman who looks in the mirror. Reports say some of these women are considering civil lawsuits for infringement of privacy and mental distress.
Florida law is clear. Law 810.145 makes recording or broadcasting videos from the toilet without consent a felony. Violators could face up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Another state law, the requirement for a facility based on sexual activity, requires that individuals use biological sex-specific bathrooms at certain public and licensed venues, otherwise it is a misdemeanor. Whether this law applies to Disney World remains under review, but a legal framework is in place.
Disney has not commented on the growing controversy. The company’s silence, sold as “the most magical place on the planet,” has irritated many conservative families who expect safe, private facilities, especially women and children.
Contino is not back down. In a series of videos, he was angry at his actions, dismissed Florida’s conservative culture and joked about the possibility of park authorities stopping. In another example, he paid for his drink and left the Disney restaurant after the server claimed he had lost him.

J.K. Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series, sharply criticized Contino’s actions, describing them as a violation of women’s boundaries. Rowling accused Tiktker of ignoring women’s privacy by using the photos as a “trophy” along with unsuspecting women.
Contino has previously elicited criticism for other inappropriate content filmed at Disney parks. Critics argue that such actions are incompatible with the family-friendly atmosphere that Disney claims to support.

The situation puts Disney at a crossroads. As female guests demand actions and potentially looming lawsuits, the company is increasingly pressured to respond and enforce policies that protect all guests, especially women and children, from what they consider as aggressive and inappropriate behaviour in sensitive spaces.
