“Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson lived a shy life in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Since giving his heart to Christ in full at the age of 28, Robertson, who passed away this week at the age of 79, has rarely missed the opportunity to share good news with those around him.
Even if “Commander Duck” and his family gained fame and infamy through the successful A&E shows, it remained true.

Earlier this year, his son, Jace Robertson, recalled when Phil shared the Gospel with Donald Trump in 2016, predicting an assassination attempt that could take place eight years later.
“He said, ‘Hey, you’re not younger… there’s someone after you. He was like, ‘someone’s going to kill you,'” he said, ‘When you think about it, it’s actually really deep.’
Jace and his brother, Al Robertson, shared a story about Ally Beth Stucky’s podcast, “Unrelated.”
What happened to Phil Robertson’s health?
As reported by CBN News, senior Robertson was fighting a form of Alzheimer’s disease along with blood disorders.
Jace announced his diagnosis earlier this year about the “Embarrassment with the Robertson Family” podcast.
“Phil isn’t doing well. I think I spoke on my 1,000th podcast. I was trying to find a diagnosis, but according to the doctors, he has some kind of blood disorder that causes all sorts of problems,” he said at the time.
“It’s like acceleration, it’s causing problems all over his body. And he has an early stage of Alzheimer’s, so if you put them together, he’s really not going well.

But on Stucky’s podcast he’s got more details.
“Essentially, the diagnosis we were given is that he has some kind of blood disorder and they liken it to blood cancer and it’s likening it on his bones,” Jace explained.
He continued, “He had multiple back fractures in his tailbone, so they’re not really the right thing so you’ll have to do these steps.
“On the other hand, you’ve had another diagnosis and they said he has an early stage of Alzheimer’s,” he said.
“Every time he has to go for the procedure, they say that being under anesthesia is sometimes difficult to move on with these mental states and he’s going to get back to reality,” Jace shared.
He added that it has been difficult to see his father decline in recent months, but that has become “a new normal.”
“That’s where we are all about when people often say, ‘How about Phil?’ You know it’s difficult to explain it in one sentence. ”
When Phil wrote down the gospel of Trump
The brothers then shared his father’s legacy and his heart to share the gospel whenever he had the opportunity, including when he first met Donald Trump.
Jace said at the time his father wrote the story of Jesus on paper for Trump.
“So he handed the paper to President Trump, and he recalled his father, “You, you need to go ahead with it. This should be the heart of everything you do,” his father recalled.
Phil Robertson also spoke about when he shared Jesus with Trump.
Jace also made a major update on the story, but Senior Robertson shared his encounter with Trump on Stucky’s podcast a few years ago.

Phil: “When I first met Donald Trump, I did the same thing. I wrote this on paper. I said, ‘No matter what happens.’ He was running to the office at this time. I saw him a few times after that, and while he ran to the office he said, “What’s going on, Trump, I won’t miss this.” ”
“I said, “There is a cross. Jesus died on the cross.” I said, “For the sake of the sins of the world, ‘Do you have sins?”
