Imagine holding your newborn child in good health and nursing in your arms. Suddenly, without warning, the government will attack your home, demanding that she be taken with an armed agent. There is no warrant. There are no fees. There are no emergency situations. Just order to follow.

This is not fiction.

As Gateway critics reported, it happened in Loudon County, Virginia, on March 28, 2025 to his father, Farzin Yazdani, a US Navy veteran. His one-month-old daughter, Roxana, is described by him and his wife, Emily, as a politically weaponized attack by child protection services.

Yazdani says the whole nightmare started with a lie from his ex-wife.

Breaking news. A story full of spirit. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube!

He called it a “regulated ambush.” According to Yazdani, the same ex, who once appeared with deputies to take his five-year-old son, was behind another attempt to tear his family apart.

“The Loudon County government accidentally jailed a one-month-old breastfeeding baby from an innocent mother,” he wrote in X.

I beg everyone reading this that there is an ongoing crime. The Loudoun County government accidentally jailed a one-month-old breastfeeding baby from its innocent mother. Spread the story widely. We’ll have the same conversation… https://t.co/yx4s9qxbmt

– Farzin Yazdani (@certusverna) April 6, 2025

The agent who appeared had no facts. They came with firepower.

Yazdani, an engineer and law-abiding father, says CPS workers arrived without warrants, no emergency declarations and no evidence of harm. Anyway, Roxana “does not respect constitutional rights, family ties, or even basic human decency.”

For eight days, the infant was reportedly injured while in government care and was injured. In the released video footage, one vice-chairman admits that they had not even explained the situation, but clearly states, “We are here to enforce here.”

And here is the calm truth of Christians. If the government can take your baby without legitimate procedures, what will stop them from taking your Bible when the Bible is labeled as dangerous? In the UK, prayers are already criminalised in certain public spaces. The stage is set. Slowly, steadily, and now fierce, the powerful are turning their gaze to their families, their faith, their freedom.

This is not just about the tragedy of a single family. That’s a warning.

Yazdani is currently suing CPS and officials in Loudon County. But deeper issues remain. We are witnessing the collapse of basic civil liberties when activist social workers, government enforcers and weaponized courts can tear babies from homes based on unverified claims.

And as Christians, we must see a bigger picture. The power to oppose parents’ rights today will come tomorrow for religious rights. And the same “just obey the command” mentality in this case is what is used to justify Jesus’ name in public.

Now is the time to stand, pray and prepare. What happened to the baby is because Roxana isn’t just a tragic story, but a sign of what’s going on.
