There may be a deeper, darker side to the public education system than we all thought.
For more than a century, the American public education system has been lost academically and spiritually from biblical truths and sound instruction.
The failed reading method introduced by Horace Mann in the 1800s, originally designed for hearing impaired students, had disastrous consequences in Boston schools. Initially rejected by educators, he was later revived by progressive educator John Dewey with support from globalist elites like John D. Rockefeller. This “all word” method has replaced phonics, a natural and effective way for children to learn to read. result? The only generation of generations who cannot understand basic texts is God’s Word.

According to federal government data, author and advocate for education reform, Alex Newman warns that the manufactured crisis leaves more than 50% of Americans functionally illiterate. Beyond poor reading skills, emotional fallout is devastating. Children feel embarrassed, broken and mislabeled with learning disabilities. Many spirals into depression and rebellion, eventually falling into the criminal justice system. The incredible proportion of US prisoners is illiterate. Newman draws a direct line from failed educational policies to social disruption.
However, this crisis is not just about literacy. It’s about the spiritual connotation that permeates every corner of our culture, including the classroom. One recent example comes from the faithful America, a progressive group that promotes a blasphemous “transgender crossing” amidst the rebellion over President Trump’s decision to dismantle the Department of Education.
The public school system does not fail Americans with just their educational methods. Indoctrination that separates Christianity has become a hallmark of the public school system. From critical racial theories to radical gender ideology, it appears that all academic standards have fallen apart.

Newman, who has been homeschooling children for years, emphasized that the Bible commands parents to educate their children in the God-like way. He believes that homeschooling not only aligns with this sacred mission, but also provides unparalleled freedom that shapes children’s hearts and minds. Focusing on the importance of family bonding and enjoyment, freedom and educational flexibility, Newman encouraged his parents to consider the joys and blessings of homeschooling.
Homeschoolers and private education people are under scrutiny from lawmakers, but the public school system continues to fail morally and academically. As Christians, we must ask: is this a system alongside Christ, or is it actively working against him?
