British Nurse Punished For Calling A Trans Pedophile Prisoner "mr."

Jennifer Mel, a nurse from Croydon in England, feels that she is being treated like a criminal to call a trans inmate “Mr.” Christian concerns

UK health authorities are facing legal action to call Christian nurses a “potential risk” after saying “Mr.” to a transgender prisoner who induced a boy into sexual activity by pretending to be a teenage girl on social media.

“Jennifer Mel, a 40-year-old Croydon resident born in Uganda, endured a racial slur from prisoners and National Health Bureau (NHS) lawyers who declared biblical beliefs about gender as “unworthy of a democratic society,” the source said.

Epsom and the St. Helier University Hospital NHS Trust treated the nurse as a criminal and abandoned her, according to concerns from rights group Christians. The group opposed the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), which Merule calls a “potential risk” to not use the preferred gender identity of inmates, sources said.

Supported by the Christian Law Centre, Mel has launched an appeal against the Epsom and St. Helier University Hospital NHS Trust for discrimination, harassment, sacrifice and violation of her human rights under Article 9 of the European Court of Human Rights (Thinking, Conscience, Religion). A full employment court hearing is scheduled for February next year.

According to a press statement based on Christian concerns, Merule said she had never encountered any problems with previous transgender patients in her care.

“I believe that I am devastated by how I am treated, institutionally abused, harassed, bullied and racially discriminated,” Mel said. “I have been a prominent woman ever since expressing my Christian beliefs under extreme pressure. I don’t feel supported by my colleagues or the NHS following the racial abuse and threats of physical violence I have received from my patients.”

Mel said she maintained a professional attitude and treated every individual in her job with dignity and respect.

She met an unknown inmate who was brought from a man’s prison for hospital treatment during the night shift on May 22nd. He entered a hospital chained to two security guards and said, “It obviously looked like he was 6 feet tall and had a big build.”

At 10pm, Mel learns that the inmate wants to discharge himself from the hospital. He reportedly shouted and upset other patients in the ward. She told the doctor over the phone, “Mr. X (identified by Christian concerns) wants to be self-boreed,” but the prisoner who overhears her allegedly cried out, “Don’t call me Mr.! I’m a woman!”

Christian concerns reported that when she approached his room, the prisoner racially abused Meruru. When he said, “Imagine if I called you a nigger?” According to Christian concerns, Merule said, “I can’t call you her or her because it is against my faith and the values of Christianity.

The prisoner said, “Imagine if I called you a nigger. How about calling you a nigger?

Mel needed help from security as the inmate reportedly charged intimidatingly at her. He chases her out of the room and threatens to report her to the police because of “homophobia.”

Pressed by hospital management to issue a statement, she outlined her Christian belief that God created mankind and women. The boss told her she had to attend a meeting with HR and said if she refused to follow, she would be sent home until the investigation was completed.

The manager relocated her to another hospital unit. This is a move that, according to Christian concerns, amounts to demobilization. They also removed her name from the internal system, so she could no longer work outside of hours, affecting the family’s income.

Management gave a final written warning at a disciplinary hearing in October.

The health leader accused her of “not respecting the patient’s favorable identity,” saying that her actions and behavior “were out of respect for trust.”

Her case was referred to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) after investigating that nurses had violated the NMC Code of Conduct.

Merule said her actions were fully compliant with the Code throughout her career, including reported cases with transgender patients.

“I am in danger, but I am treated like a criminal,” she said in a statement of Christian concerns. “Sadly, if you put your head on the balustrade and tell the truth about these issues in the NHS, the risk is that you will be defeated, seriously punished and demoted.

“My message during the investigation is that we need to endure extreme racism and deeply reject Christian beliefs in order to respect biological reality, ‘inclusiveness’ and lies.

Mel said she must face the issue as she was worried that many other NHS workers were suffering from silence in a similar incident.

Andrea Williams, chief executive of the Christian Legal Centre, said the NHS was “arrested by transgender ideology until it was ready to support convicted pedophiles.”

She said the pedophile was clearly interrupted and shouted racist comments to the Christian nurse.

“Jennifer Mehl was really trying his best while he didn’t want to deny Christian faith and biological reality,” Williams said. “I thought I’d seen it all about the controversial legal cases on these issues, but what Jennifer Merule is experiencing at this ideological hand is off-scale and on a whole new and disturbing level.”

Williams pointed out that Mel holds true love for Christ and deserves to be investigated, protected and protected as a talented nurse.

“The trust cannot force staff to give speeches and requires urgent U-turns and an apology,” Williams said, appealing to the UK health secretary to investigate the issue. She noted that Street described his fears in an unrelated employment court involving nurses at Darlington Memorial Hospital who undressed in a changing room and opposed transgender people.

“It’s time for government intervention on this issue,” Williams said. “Now is the time for the government to stop the equality and diversity policies weaponized in the NHS and punish innocent nurses for just doing their jobs.”
