One notable session was Self Care 101, hosted by Christian counselor Michel Nietard. During the workshop, participants engaged in discussions about managing stress and overcoming fatigue. This session highlighted the importance of renewing minds, resisting worries and being based on biblical principles.

Passionate about this subject, Nietto shares insights with primarily female audiences about perceived personal and professional burnout, and these concepts often reflect in many evangelical church services. It has been strengthened.

Many of the speakers at the Hope Together Conference are also members of the ICCI board of directors, including Nietert. Nietert spoke about what she described as an “mental health crisis” that was looming among young Americans. They are 18 years old.

“A lot of times, a lot of Christians feel like they know Jesus, they know their Bible. And I think they’re great. My kids are very involved in it. “I’m doing that,” she said. (…) “My kids are really involved in the community. My daughter leads worship services at our local church. My son has a child’s ministry with little ones. I work at.

Still, even actively serving in your local church is not enough to guarantee the desired outcome.

“I’ve been in the office and I say we’ve homeschooled, we’re a Christian school, we’ve done all this and we have parents in my office,” she says. Ta. “How did this happen?”

Notable speakers at the conference included Lee Strobel and Nick Vujicic, influential figures in the Christian media. Discussing the findings of a recent Gallup vote showing membership in the American Church below 50%, Strobel highlighted a global trend in curiosity about spirituality. Online, suggests that this meaning search may point to deeper mental instincts.

Life’s Founder and CEO, limbless CEO, and known for his personal stories of motivation and overcoming physical challenges, Vujicic is a place where caring caregivers within the Christian community. It emphasized the need. He leads Nickv Ministries. It partners with Hope for the Heart to equip individuals as effective caregivers for those facing difficulties.

According to the International Christian Coaching Institute (ICCI), approximately two-thirds of certified life coaches around the world are women. This reflects the significant growth in this sector, making life coaching a multi-billion dollar industry. ICCI aims to help individuals align their goals with Bible principles and find their goals through a structured coaching approach.

Nietert is tackling the rise in the mental health crisis among young people, with research showing that one in three young people could receive a mental health diagnosis by the age of 18. Happiness of their children.

During the workshop, participants shared personal stories and highlighted the reality of parenting and the demands of modern life. This interactive environment encouraged reflection on the challenge of relying solely on individual strength and seeking God’s support.

As the discussion evolved, attendees moved beyond traditional organizational structures and expressed their desire for a more relational approach to ministry. The conference highlighted the importance and support of the community as Christians navigate the complexities of life.

The Hope Together Conference demonstrated a growing awareness among evangelicals about the need for mental health resources and peer support, promoting an environment in which shared experiences lead to greater understanding and collaboration. Next year’s event is scheduled for September 25th to 27th, 2025.
