Nearly a quarter century at Disneyland, the current employee claims she was fired for what her lawyers call “religious discrimination.”

According to Pirates and Princess, a blog covering Disney-related news, Candace McGee was reportedly kicked out of his security lead position at Disneyland 23 years later due to comments made on his internal social media platform. It’s there.

Listen to the latest episodes of “Quick Start”

The whole ordeal of legal applications by lawyers for Alan Reinach and Beth Mora, McGee feels “deeply tormented” and cites “an obvious attack on her religious beliefs,” most of which are on corporate communications apps. It appears to have been born from a certain Yammer.

Much of the surprises began in the wake of Florida’s mislabeled “gay” bill. The custody law passed in 2022 prohibits public schools from teaching very young children from kindergarten through third grade curricula focused on sexual orientation and gender identity.

In November 2022, Bob Iger, who escaped from Bob Chapeck in 2020, regained the reins as CEO of Walt Disney Company. At the city hall where employees are located, Iger has been very critical of the Parent Rights Bill, partly saying, “The company has been telling stories for 100 years. These stories are meaningful to the world, plus. The reason they had a meaningful, positive impact is that one of our core values of storytelling is inclusion, acceptance and tolerance, and we cannot lose it. ”

McGee’s lawyers described the bill and Iger treatment in their lawsuit as “creating considerable bias against Christians and confusing everything Christian conservatives.”

In late November of that year, in the lawsuit, C. Stephens is said to have been partially written in Yamar.

…In general discourse, most people in the sense of “not political” are not centered around women, people of color, LGBTQ+, non-binary, transgender, other marginalized communities, and sometimes stories. I realized that it means. They don’t even mean falling into prominent roles in those categories, but they do so in films and shows at all. …

For a long time I have had the view that it is truly a human argument that many people want to brand as a “political argument.” Imagine how harmful it is to be told over and over again that your very existence is a political issue. …

The alleged comment “attacked religion and religious values, directly or indirectly, and placed discussions in the context of culture wars, religion and perceptions of religion, particularly in the Christian context of other views.” This led to the reported response.

After a long period of time between numerous cast members, McGee commented on Yammer, writing, “The sexual content of children’s films is unacceptable.” Ultimately, feeling the need to protect her faith, the plaintiff began quoting the Bible after others evoked religious themes.

At that point, he said, “R. reportedly started sending horrifying messages to McGee.

“You’re at least on your side with the oppressors, abusers and murderers in your thoughts and words,” the employee is said to have written. “In other words, you scare me. Just because you’re not carrying a knife or gun doesn’t mean you’re under threat to my presence.”

The cast members continued. “Violence starts with thought. If you were allowed to run away with it, you would see violence directed at sinners who instruct children, as you would expect, too, to those who call me abomination. I believe it.”

In addition to the issues that emerged from Yammer, McGee’s lawyers allege that the client was rebuked for wanting a “Merry Christmas” at a Christmas celebration event at Disneyland.

Current employees are suing Disneyland for past and future wage loss, loss of bonuses, loss of stock options, loss of medical benefits, loss of leave, sick pay and other benefits. She also sues past emotional pain, mental pain, pain and suffering, humiliation, enjoyment of life, reasonable attorneys’ fees, court fees, expert witness fees, and punitive damages.

CBN News contacted Disneyland for a statement.
