father,
I pray for strength and comfort for mothers who work to support their families and raise their children alone. May they never feel alone and know that You have intentionally placed people in their lives to help them. Give me the courage to ask for help when I need it and the peace to know that I am loved for who I am. May their children see the sacrifices they are making and understand the time they have to spend away from them. Bless and heal their broken hearts, Father. You are our healer and provider. May they know that they are loved and valued, that they have a purpose, that they are endowed with unique talents and abilities, and that they are valuable to those at the edges of their lives. Their incredible strength to support their families alone requires courage and dedication. But may they definitely know that they never go through things alone. you are always with them. May the love and peace of Jesus Christ comfort and sustain them every day.
In the name of Jesus,
Amen.
