Kennedy promised that he could identify and eliminate the revelations driving what the administration called the autism epidemic.
The urgency of the mission was emphasized by Trump’s response. “So, one in 10,000 children were autistic. Now it’s a 31st… that’s a scary statistic,” the president said.
