President Donald Trump submitted his address to a joint meeting of U.S. House members.

Over 99 minutes, Trump’s speech has been reported to be the longest by modern presidents, casting a vision for what Trump calls the “golden age” in American history. After he and his administration took swift enforcement action in the first 43 days that had a broad impact on the political and social landscape of America, he submitted several requests to Congress.

The explosion from Congressional Democrats has provided insightful criticism of the outcomes of LGBT ideology and illegal immigration, defending federal workforce layoffs and his tariff policies.

1. Rep. Al Green will be ejected from the chamber

Congressional Democrats have suspended Trump as he touted his victory in the 2024 presidential election and found him win the overwhelming numbers of US counties as well as the electoral college and popular vote.

House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La. directed members of the Congress to “maintain politeness in the house and stop further confusion.”

“Members are intentionally and politely violating, and the chairs are ready to restore the order to a joint session so that the Army is directed towards the Army,” he said.

The camera focused on D-Texas Senator, one of the president’s most vocal critics who began working to bounce him each, and whom Trump cried out as he tried to speak.

He remained standing when Johnson instructed Green to take his seat. Johnson ordered House Sergeant to “remove this gentleman from the room.”

Greene expressed his most vocal opposition to the speech, but Democrats kept signs throughout the address where he read “Musk Stealss” with reference to Elon Musk, X CEO and Director of the newly formed Office of Government Efficiency, tasked with eliminating government waste.

Other signs Democrats support were simply “false” and “save Medicaid.” Democrats also thrust back the president’s claim that Social Security payments are being made to the dead.

After his discharge, Green spoke with a reporter for the White House Travel Press. According to a report from Presspool, he revealed that the president cried out that he had “no obligation” to cut Medicaid.

“It’s worth letting people know that there are people who are people who are going to stand up,” Green told reporters.

2. Trump highlights the light-form of female athletes competing with communicated men

Trump noted that he “created an official US government policy that only two genders are male and female.”

He highlighted the impact of policies that allow the identified men to compete in women’s sports at former high school athlete Payton McNabb.

“Three years ago, Payton McNabb was an All-Star High School athlete and one of the best, preparing for the future of college sports,” Trump said. “When her girl’s volleyball game was invaded by men, he shattered the ball very violently in Peyton’s face, causing traumatic brain damage, partially paralyzing the right side, ending her athletic career.

As Trump said, the camera panned into McNabb. The president paid attention to her presence at the house gallery. He vowed to her, “From now on, the school will either drive the guys off the girls’ team or lose all federal funds.”

“If you really want to see the numbers, look at the men recently completed a long-distance race five hours and fourteen minutes ahead of women in boxing, weightlifting, track and field, swimming or cycling.” He described the presence of identified male athletes in women’s sports as “despicable for women” and “very bad for our country.”

3. Trump urges Congress to cut taxes and promotes tariff plans

Trump has called on members of the 119th U.S. Congress to “pass tax cuts to everyone.” He told the Democrats, “I’m sure you’ll vote for those tax cuts, because otherwise I don’t think people will get you in office.” The president insisted, “I’m a great boon to you by telling you that.”

The president elaborated on his vision for tax cuts, including “permanent income tax cuts across the country.” He said, “To get the urgently needed relief for Americans, and to take a particularly hard hit on inflation, I want to see no tips for our great seniors, taxes on overtime, and no taxes on social security benefits.”

“I also want to deduct car loan tax-deductible interest, but that’s only if the car is made in the US,” he said. “We want to cut taxes on domestic production and all manufacturing.”

Trump also touted his intention to make companies that don’t pay US products pay tariffs.

“Other countries have been using tariffs against us for decades, and now it’s our turn to start using them against other countries,” the president said he announced his intention to start imposing mutual tariffs on other countries from April 2nd.

4. Trump renamed wildlife shelter to commemorate Americans killed by illegal immigrants

In his speech, Trump focused on immigration policy. After introducing Alexis Nungarei, Trump detailed how in June 2024, “two illegal alien monsters from Venezuela were killed by the last administration released to America through their ridiculous open border.”

According to Trump, “The death of this beautiful 12-year-old girl and the pain of her mother and family touched our entire country very much.”

Trump has promised Alexis Nungarei that “we will always remember your daughter,” and announced that he has signed an executive order to name the National Wildlife Refuge near the Anawack National Wildlife Refuge in Texas, where the 12-year-old girl lived. He raised an order for everyone to gather at the Chamber of Commerce and see.

Trump also highlighted the 2024 murder of 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley at the hands of an illegal immigrant with a criminal record.

After acknowledging the presence of Riley’s mother, Allison and sister Lauren at the House Gallery, he thanked him, “The first bill I signed into law, as your 47th President requires the detention of all dangerous criminals that threaten public safety.”

“It’s called the Laken Riley Act,” he said.

He assures Riley’s surviving relatives that “America will never forget our beautiful Laken Hope Riley.”

5. Trump swears “war with the cartel”” asks Congress for border security funds

Through Trump’s comments, the theme of border security was approaching significantly.

“The territory south of our border now has full control of the nation,” lamented, “a serious threat to our national security,” and Trump argued that “the cartel is at war with America.”

“It’s time for America to wage war in the cartel,” he declared. “I sent Congress a detailed funding request that lay out exactly how these threats would be eliminated to protect my hometown and complete the largest deportation operation in American history.”

Trump insisted, “Americans expect Congress to send this fund without delay, so I can sign it to the law.” He urged Johnson and US Senate majority leader John Tune (Rs.D.) to “get it out,” adding, “I’ll sign it so fast that I don’t even believe it.”

6. Trump asks Congress to “ban sexual changes to children.”

Trump said his administration “works to protect our children from the toxic ideology of our schools,” and introduced Little John in January, where he helped the 13-year-old “socially transition” and sued his daughter, Florida School District, after using their pronouns.

“Teachers and administrators conspired to deceive January and their husbands, encouraging their daughters to use new names and pronouns,” Trump said. He identified Little John as “a brave advocate for this form of child abuse.”

Trump pointed out “speaking these stories,” pointing to an example of a school where parents work to stay in the dark about children who choose to employ them, and he “signed an executive order banning public schools from indoctrinating our children with transgender ideology.”

He mentioned his executive order “to cut off funds for all taxpayers engaged in sexual excision of our youth.”

“And now I hope Congress will forever ban sexual change in children, pass legislation that will criminalize them, and end the lie that children are trapped in the wrong body forever,” Trump declared. “This is a big lie.”

He gave them a “message to all the children in America” and informed them that “you are exactly perfect in the way God made you.”

7. Trump announces capture of “top terrorists” involved in bombing the monastery’s gate

Towards the end of his remarks, Trump announced that one of the leaders behind the August 2021 attack in Afghanistan, in which US troops killed 13 American service members as they were about to withdraw from the country, had been recently arrested in Pakistan.

“We have just arrested the top terrorist responsible for that atrocity and he is here to be here now, and we are facing the swift sword of American justice,” Trump said.

Trump expressed his gratitude to the Pakistani government for “helping us to arrest this monster.”

Two US officials familiar with the issue said Pakistan acted on CIA intelligence to arrest Mohamad Sharifler, who is said to be the commander of the Islamic State of Holasan.

In his speech, Trump described the development as a “significant” opportunity for the families of those who lost their lives in the attack. He outlined how he called with the victim’s family.

“They were as happy and very happy as you could be in such a situation,” he said.
