One of the college-level soccer coaches’ claims against the secret plot to fire him might sound like the beginning of the film, but for Nick Rorovich, it was his living experience.

In fact, internal planning was very indoctrinated at Washington State University, and was called the “Loro Strategy.”

“They were implementing what they called the ‘Loro Strategy’ internally,” Davis told CBN News, a high-level executive at WSU. ”

At the heart of the case, Rorovich claims to be an almighty dollar. The coach, along with Beckett’s attorney, is suing the 9th Circuit after the U.S. District Court ruled WSU in January.

The Catholic coach led the WSU Cougars for nearly two seasons before coming across something that proved to be an insurmountable hurdle.

Early in the vaccination obligation, WSU established a blind review board, a group of people tasked with determining the integrity of employee requests for religious exemptions to JAB.

Initially, it was said that Rorovich had been granted a waiver.

“It’s not a surprise as he submitted a detailed explanation of his religious beliefs, theological basis for it (he was exempt) … he cited the teaching documents of Catholic Catechism… and he noted that his priests and his bishops supported him,” Davis said. “The judges said, ‘Yes, he’s honest.’ ”

However, the exemption was short-lived. Shortly after the Blind Committee recognized it, Rolovic filed it with the court, where WSU officials stepped in and pressured the committee to reverse the ruling.

In early August 2021, Washington Governor Jay Inslee (D) issued Declaration 21-14 by the obligation to require state employees, education staff and healthcare workers to be fully vaccinated by October 18, 2021.

According to court documents filed by Rorovich and his lawyers, WSU executives are said to be part of the “dealing with Rorovich,” which is said to be part of the “dealing with Rorovich,” which is said to be “part of a larger “dealing with Rorovich” that allows him to be forced to get vaccinated.

All of this comes from media and donors who were “really upset” that Rorovic could be exempt from COVID shots, Davis said.

“Internally,” the lawyer said, “The university was very clear with Coach Rorovich (I told him), “It’s because of pressure from the donors, that’s because of pressure from the media.” They said, “We need you to be the leader and take this vaccine, regardless of your religious beliefs.” ”

Looking back, Davis argued that WSU claimed that the pressure on Rolovich to vaccinate was due to “safety concerns.” That debate underpinned the university’s legal victory at the beginning of the year.

Years after the height of the pandemic, it became clear that the shots are not guarantees of the continued spread of Covid-19. Nevertheless, WSU’s internal data showed that 94% of university employees were vaccinated, with only 4% being granted a religious or medical exemption.

“It’s clear that they thought it was Washington’s ‘brand’ – their words. “The only thing that hurt their brand was their refusal to truly meet religious freedom. That’s what this country is all about.”

For Rolovich, that is what this battle sums up: religious freedom.

Davis argued that his conspiracy against his clients is nothing more than a “forcement” to fly in the face of coaches’ rights, as outlined in the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

The lawyer explained that although there were other cases along these lines, Rolovich was one of the first cases to reach appeal level. The decision in this case could be made later this year or early 2026, and “sets precedents” for other opponents across the country, Davis said.

“That’s an important case,” he pointed out. “(c) Oachi Lorovich never wanted this fight to happen, but the fight came to him. …It’s an injustice that needs to be fixed.”

CBN News contacted WSU for a statement but did not receive a response.
