The general session for October 2025 will begin 32 days from now on the general meeting of the Latter-day Saints Church of Jesus Christ, scheduled for Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th.

This pattern was to hold five general two-hour sessions: Saturday morning, afternoon and evening sessions, and Sunday morning and afternoon sessions.

Preparation for the October 2025 General Meeting

If you would like to give a lecture once a day to reread the message from the April 2025 General Conference, you must start on Tuesday, September 2nd, in order to end by Friday, October 3rd.

At the April 2025 meeting, 32 messages were posted in five sessions. Church President Russell M. Nelson spoke at a Sunday afternoon session. President Darryn H. Oaks, the first counselor of the presidency, spoke at a Sunday morning session, and President Henry B. Eyring, the second counselor of the presidency, spoke at a Saturday morning session.

Each member of the quorum of the 12 Apostles also spoke once.

Full lectures are also available at the Gospel Library. General Conference Messages are published in the Gospel Library app, Churchofjesuschrist.org, and church magazines for further viewing and research.

Church News will be publishing a summary of the October 2025 General Conference talks on ThechurchNews.com, a photo gallery and other articles starting October 4th.

How to watch the October 2025 General Meeting

The October 2025 General Meeting will be broadcast from the Salt Lake City Conference Center in 80 languages ​​on the Churchofjesuschrist.org/broadcasts and the Gospel Library app, 14 languages ​​on the General Conference YouTube channel, and 11 languages ​​on Gospel Stream.

Sessions will be streamed live in English on KSL-TV, KSL NewsRadio, Byutv, Byuradio and their respective websites and smartphone apps.

General Conferences will be made available through Amazon Alexa Devices General Conference Skills and Tunein by searching for “Saint Channel Talk” or “Canalderos Santos” (for live Spanish interpretation).

Other radio, television, satellite and digital channels are available in the church area. See the detailed list here.

On-demand display of messages is available on multiple channels in a maximum of 98 languages ​​after broadcast.

How to attend a general meeting in Salt Lake City

Event Notifications on Churchofjesuschrist.org explain how to get tickets to attend a session. Residents in the United States or Canada are instructed to consult with local wards or branch leaders. Stakeholders can refer to this guide to learn how to access their accounts and distribute tickets to stake members.

Anyone living outside the United States or Canada may ask their interest or district president to submit a ticket request on their behalf.

Anyone who wants to access standby seats should line up outside the tabernacle 90 minutes before the desired session. See the Temple Square Event Guidelines for more information and restrictions.
