On all accounts, this Saturday’s military parade in Washington, DC should be a unified celebration and a showcase of America’s strength, freedom and gratitude towards American troops. Instead, the event is hijacked by a distant left agitator who vowed to protest simply because President Donald Trump is at the helm.
The parade is scheduled to begin on Saturday, June 14th at 6:30pm and marks the 250th anniversary of the US Army Flag Day. This celebrates America’s enduring strength. This route continues on the elliptical Constitutional Avenue, located near the Lincoln Memorial, just south of the White House.

Participants can expect powerful displays of American military hardware, including tanks, Bradley combat vehicles and dozens of helicopters on the dramatic elevated road. Soldiers also rarely see men and women who defend our country and attend the National Mall all day long for public interactions and special demonstrations.
Be honest: this is not about tanks or costs. It’s not even about the military. It’s about the faction of the growing voices of radical activists who have declared everything Trump does, whether it benefits the country or not.
Groups like Indivisible and Women’s March, who openly support Marxist Schemes, have organized national protests under banners such as “No Kings” and “Kick Out the Clowns.” Their goal is to, by their own approval, he “takes away Trump” the honor for him as Commander-in-Chief, and opposes him every turn.
President Trump is doing what a great president does, celebrating America’s military power and inspiring patriotism. “We have the greatest missiles in the world. We have the greatest submarines in the world…and we’re going to celebrate it,” Trump told NBC News. He’s right. This is not about ego. It’s about the pride of the nation that sacrificed so much to protect its freedom.

Military leaders agree. Secretary of War Daniel Driscoll said the parade was a “a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fill the recruitment pipeline with young Americans.” And as defense expert Koli Sheikh pointed out, “It’s good for the country to expose more Americans to our troops.”
What does the agitator offer accordingly? The very division, confusion, and lightness of freedom that will allow them to protest. These are not events of “pro-democratization” but pro-Chaos demonstrations supported by hatred for Trump, which negates reasons.

Left organizers are about to hijack the flag day and the 250th anniversary of the Army, but President Trump is focusing on one thing. America. “We’re going to celebrate our country for change,” he said from the oval office. And that’s exactly what we should do.
If there is one proven protest, it is that the fight is not about policy, but rather maintain a country worth defending. And that fight is that Trump is still willing to lead.
