The following stakes have been created or reorganized around the world:

new stakes

A new stake was established from the Alaminos Philippines district. The Alaminos Philippines Stake is comprised of the Mabini Branch, Alaminos 1st Ward, Alaminos 2nd Ward, Bani Ward, Bolinao Ward, and Hundred Islands Ward, and was established by Elder William K. Jackson of the General Authority Seventy and Elder Emmanuel Rodantes G. Abraham of the Area Seventy.

Alaminos Philippines Stake: (November 2, 2025) President — Lloyd Villars Barili, 46, business owner. wife, Rose Austria Radam Barili; Counselor — Jonathan Castillo Alvendia, 47, English ESL teacher and trainer at Sieun House. wife, Catherine Cabrales Collado Albendia; Reynaldo Dario Zarate (58), retired. wife, Wilma Sisson Labanella Zarate;

A new stake has been established from the Utah Elkridge Stake. The Elkridge Utah West Stake is comprised of Elkridge Ninth (Care Center) Branch, Elkridge Fifth Ward, Elkridge Sixth Ward, Elkridge Eighth Ward, Elkridge Ward 10, Elkridge Ward 11, Elkridge Thirteenth Ward, and Elkridge Fourteenth Ward, and was established by General Authority Elder W. Mark Bassett. Elder David L. Smith of the Seventy, Area Seventy.

Elk Ridge Utah West Stake: (November 16, 2025) President — Coleby Stewart Clawson, 40, Brigham Young University Assistant Athletic Director — Football Sports Medicine. His wife is Brianna Lee Hill Clawson. Counselor — Douglas Ryan Johnson, 51, Redmond, real estate developer and partnership. His wife is Jamie Renee Blanchard Johnson. Don A. Fritton, 58, independent consultant. His wife is Ether Joy Smalley Fritton.

A new stake has been established from the Hurricane Utah Stake. The Hurricane Utah South Stake is comprised of the 4th Hurricane Ward, 10th Hurricane Ward, 15th Hurricane Ward, 18th Hurricane Ward (Spanish), 19th Hurricane Ward, and Three Falls Ward, and was created by Elder Gregorio E. Casillas, a General Authority Seventy, and Elder Gail L. Pollock, Area Seventy.

Hurricane Utah South Stake: (March 30, 2025) President — Luis Carlos Mendez, 51, Utah Automotive Remarketing Sales. His wife is Maria Gutierrez Mendez. Counselor — Neil Bradley Simpson, 43, Intermountain Health Manager. wife, Rachel Christine Rowe Simpson; Jodi Lynn Rich, 62, Washington County School District high school counselor. His wife is Marylyn Pannier Rich.

A new stake has been established from the Democratic Republic of Kasumbalesa in the Congo District. The Democratic Republic of the Congo Kasumbalesa Stake, consisting of the Musosi Branch, Biranga Ward, Golf Ward, Kasumbalesa First Ward, Kasumbalesa Second Ward, and Page Ward, was created by Elder Paul B. Pieper of the General Authority Seventy and Elder Ndaramba Ilunga of the Area Seventy.

Democratic Republic of the Congo Kasumbalesa Stake: (November 9, 2025) President — Wa Djinda Alain Banza, 37, Toha Investment SARL Human Resources Manager. wife, Annie Maseng Gudia Banza; Counselor — Eric Wa Yumba Kiruba, 42 years old. wife, Mireille Mulba Kasongo; Ndala Felicien Binnen, 33 years old, freelancer. His wife is Nadege Ndaya Kabuya.

New stakes were created from the Edmond Oklahoma, Norman Oklahoma, and Oklahoma City South stakes. The Noble Oklahoma Stake is comprised of the Ada, Noble, First Norman, Purcell, Seminole, and Shawnee wards and was created by Elder Jonathan S. Schmidt of the General Authority Seventy and Elder Mark J. Clough of the Area Seventy.

Noble Oklahoma State Stake: (March 30, 2025) President — Gary Dwayne Neighbors Jr., 47, dental surgeon. His wife is Sonya Kay Petersen Nabors. Counselor — Eric Keith Rechenbauer, 58, Norman, Oklahoma, Chief of Police. His wife is Phyllis Ann Duncan Lehenbauer. Clinton Larry Blake, 52, dentist. His wife is Toby Neilson Blake.

A new stake has been created from the Payson Utah Mountain View Stake. The Payson-Utah Arrowhead Stake is comprised of Mountain View 4th Ward, Mountain View 5th Ward, Mountain View 6th Ward, Mountain View 7th Ward, Mountain View 8th Ward, and Mountain View 11th Ward (Spanish) and was established by Elder Yun-Fan Choi of the General Authority Seventy and Elder Sean F.D. Collins of the Area Seventy.

Payson Utah Arrowhead Stake: (October 19, 2025) President — Kenton James Phillips, 57, Olson’s Greenhouse Gardens Quality Assurance Manager. His wife is Cheryl Mangelson Phillips. COUNSELOR — Raymond Alan Davis, 64, owner of D6 Transportation. His wife is Suzanne Selby Davis. Thane William Kennedy, 37, Sunstone Engineering Product Manager. His wife is Chelsea Elona Cooper Kennedy.

Charleston West Virginia Stake: (November 9, 2025) President — Christopher Reed Randall, 46, anesthesiologist. Reed Jay Nelson’s successor. His wife is Carrie Amelia Thomsen Randall. Chimaltenango Guatemala Stake: (October 19, 2025) President — Freddy Neptari Ramirez Cardona, 47, self-employed forestry consultant. Uberaba Brazil Stake: (October 26, 2025) President — Paulo Augusto Gomez Garrido Carneiro León, 38, self-employed civil engineer. Successor to Marcelo Ponciano da Silva. wife, Kelly Fernanda Gonçalves Garrido Carneiro Leon; Counselor — Almir Feitosa de Almeida, 40 years old. His wife is Nubia Patricia Campos Almeida.
