Have you ever felt that God’s grace has been exhausted to you? Is there no more latitude left, as you have exhausted his mercy? If so, know that you are not alone. Whether we openly put it into words or not, many of us say, “Lord, is your grace really enough for this?”
Over the past few months I have been praying for a seemingly impossible situation. From the outside, it appears that the enemy is winning. God’s grace is limited and we cannot come for our families. But I know this is one of the enemy’s tactics and makes God’s grace seem insufficient.
Thankfully, the Bible assures us of God’s immeasurable grace and is lavishly dedicated to all who seek him. When we commit a struggle for his help to overcome and overcome, we receive all the grace we need, no matter how difficult the situation is. So if you are afraid that God’s grace will be exhausted to you, be encouraged today. Here are some biblical truths about God’s lasting grace.
God’s grace rules through righteousness
“The law was brought in so that trespassing increased; however, as sin increased, grace increased further, and grace may reign through justice, and bring eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 5:20-21).
Most of us are not righteous on a particular day. We are struggling with temptations, bad habits, negative thoughts and other things that make us feel completely inadequate. We are in an eternal battle between the spirit and the flesh. Sometimes meat wins. But is God’s grace sufficient to bring victory to this daily struggle? Yes, amen!
Our justice is not produced by us. We cannot manufacture more righteousness in our lives. It is given through Christ alone by His perfect sacrifice on the cross. The Bible says, “God has made him, sinless for us, and in him we may become God’s righteousness” (2 Corinthians 5:21).
God’s grace reigned through righteousness, which turned us from death to life.
Our lives are hidden in Christ, washed cleanly with His blood. There is nothing we can say or do to produce it. It was always about Jesus. Knowing this truth frees us from the pressure to function well for God’s grace. Instead, we rest in the perfect work of Christ: our true righteousness and peace.
Lord, thank you for submitting righteousness to me. You brought me from death to life, and by thy grace I will be saved. Jesus’ holy name, Amen.
God’s grace is sufficient for weakness
“Three times I begged the Lord to take it from me. But he told me, “My grace is sufficient for you. Therefore, I will be more willing to boast about my weaknesses.‘The S power may be on me. (2 Corinthians 12:8-9)
We don’t know exactly what the thorns of Paul’s flesh are, but it was painful enough for him to pray three times to remove it. We all have what we want to remove, whether it’s a physical illness or a restrictive situation.
To understand God’s fulfillment, we must reconcile with our weaknesses and trust him to provide strength and strength. This does not mean stopping praying for healing or rescue. That means moving forward despite the restrictions.
Hebrews 4:15-16 states, “There are no high priests who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but as we do, there are those who have been seduced in every way.‘The Throne of Noh may we find grace to receive mercy and to help us in the times of our need. ”
Thankfully, we are invited to approach God’s throne and find all the grace we need. Indeed, his grace is sufficient in all matters, pain, and debilitating.
Lord, thank you for your infinite adequacy! I trust to put all the weaknesses at your feet and supply the necessary bounties. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
God gives grace to grace
“Because of his bloating, we all received it. (John 1:16 NASB)
John Chapter 1 was the first chapter I read in the Bible at the age of 17. My parents gave me my birthday Bible. I still remember how powerful he spoke to me back then, and how powerful he spoke today.
The Bible guarantees that God’s grace never ends. His bloating keeps us blessed with grace. That’s part of who he is! At every moment of each day, we can rely on His mercy. “Waiting period” does not require us to stand alongside numbers in our hands. We are always fully accessible to grace in every respect. What a wonderful God we serve!
When the father sent his son into the world, he offered infinite blessings to those seeking him. Knowing this does not give us a license to take His mercy for granted, nor will we use grace as an excuse for sin, but rather we appreciate and admire him for his feet.
We will contemplate the phrase “great grace” and journal how God has continued to pour grace into your life. How has God’s grace come for you, even in the darkest seasons?
If you ever felt like God‘S Grace is dry. I pray that these Bible reminders have restored your trust in God’s fulfillment. The enemy will always try to convince us God‘S Grace is limited, but we must trust someone who offers abundant bounty to everyone who seeks him. He can do more than we ever think or imagine. As Ephesians 3:20 says, “All glory to God, through his powerful powers working in us, can achieve infinitely than we ask or think” (NLT).
Encouraged, my friend. No matter how serious your situation is and how impossible your situation becomes, God’s grace is always consistently sufficient.
Heavenly Father, I am very dissatisfied with your grace and mercy, but for the sacrifice of Jesus I am considered appropriate to receive it. You offer endless blessings to all my weaknesses every day, and your gorgeous gifts humble me. Father, thank you for not giving up on me and for withholding your kind mercy. Even in my most challenging situations, I can expect you to come for me. Your grace is enough for this and I am very grateful. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
