Ben & Jerry faced a rapid backlash from the pro-life community this week.
In a current post from Villal, the company said it was “a position with abortion providers today and every day,” claiming that “abortion care providers are being threatened nationwide.”
Today is National Abortion Provider Appreciation Day! We stand today and every day with our abortion provider.

X’s posts are linked to the landing page on the Ben & Jerry website. The company said it would “celebrate” the “care” abortions, urging that “providers’ work is more difficult than ever,” “increased legal attacks,” “increased physical violence,” and “increased.”
In the post, “Five Reasons to Be With Your Provider on Abortion Provider’s Appreciation Day – And Everyday” directly infuriates conservatives and Republicans, particularly Roev, a landmark of the US Supreme Court landmark 1973. I pointed out Wade’s overturn.

“(c) Politicians on duty and anti-abortion activists have increased their efforts to blackmail and silence providers and clinics,” the post read. “In the last three years, hundreds of new laws have been proposed to restrict or eliminate access to abortion, many of which have actively targeted providers.”
He continued, “People and patients should not need to live in fear of working or receiving care.”
Ben & Jerry’s post attached racial motivation to efforts to limit abortion access, claiming that “communities of color are disproportionately influenced,” calling the shift “white supremacy.”
“The laws criminalizing abortion providers continue to make it difficult for anyone to access reproductive care, especially those in black communities and other communities of color who are already struggling to access, especially under the ROE.” “Because of systemic racism in healthcare and society as a whole, people of color experience worse health care on a daily basis, increasing the risk of maternal health. … To threaten people of color to reproductive care through legal and physical intimidation is white supremacy in behavior, and that must stop.”
There was no shortage of anger towards Ben & Jerry.
Abby Johnson, a former planning parent executive, became a life supporter and quickly denounced the post as “aversion,” and blaming the brand for “supporting the massacre of innocent humans.”
Alison St. Fante, a fellow pro-life advocate, wrote, “Goodbye, Ben & Jerry!”
Goodbye, Ben & Jerry! A sad day for pregnant women everywhere who long for your chubby husband and American dreams. Your irony, your general pregnancy cravings, abortions… Gross.

The conservative influencer obianuju ekeocha ironically wrote: I can’t see anything here. ”
